Service First Merchandise inspects all artwork submitted to make certain that it meets the specific requirements for applying your design to the products you selected. If minor modifications are required, we will make these free of charge with your permission.
Billable
For significant modifications that exceed 1 hour, we provide art services at $60.00 per hour.
At Service First Merchandise we have a full service art and design center. We have top artists/designers who work on the latest equipment and newest applications. By working closely with you and by carefully listening to your needs and goals, we are able to create an appropriate image to represent you, your company or organization.

We will not print anything until you give us your final approval from a Pre-production PDF proofs. If you need help creating your artwork please contact us and we will be happy to help.
Below are some guidelines with regard to file types, fonts and artwork.
Acceptable File Types
• Adobe Illustrator (8.0 - CS) .EPS or .AI files *these two file types are highly preferred.
• Adobe PhotoShop (300 dpi +) .PSD files
• High resolution (300 dpi +) .JPG or .TIFF files. or .PNG files
Unacceptable File Types
• Files set up for Web presentation, such as low resolution JPEG, GIF, PNG etc
• Any artwork imported into a word processing program such as: Microsoft Word, WordPerfect, PowerPoint, Publisher, etc
• Faxed artwork is NOT clear enough to reproduce on your imprint.
Fonts
• If a specific font is used in your artwork, please email the actual font to the art department.
• If submitting an .EPS or .AI file please outline all the fonts.
• In some instances we have to recreate your artwork and an alternate font might be used. We have over 5000 fonts available and will present the best option to you.
Your digital artwork will be kept on file and as long as you re-order the item with the same imprint we can re-use your screen, and you can avoid paying another setup charge.
