Over Runs and Under Runs

In certain instances you may receive an overage or a shortage on your order.

Due to manufacturing quality and production standards there will be over runs and occasionally under runs. Service First Merchandise will do everything possible to reduce this occurrence. The industry standard on most products are ± 5%. With paper and plastic bags there can be a variance of ± 10%.
